Flavoring Kombucha, Second Fermentation with Colin - Saturday, June 6th 12-2pm

Class Descriptions:

Come back for the follow up class to learn about flavoring, bottling and the carbonating process. We’ll build on the basics and guide you through the second fermentation process, including how to safely carbonate your kombucha and create delicious flavor combinations using fruit juices, purees, and ginger.

You’ll discover how to customize your brew to suit your taste while maintaining the health benefits of this refreshing, probiotic-rich drink.

During class, you will flavor and bottle your own kombucha to take home and enjoy once it’s fully carbonated.

In addition, you’ll leave with flavoring ideas, bottling tips, and a guide to help you continue experimenting and confidently crafting your own unique kombucha at home.
