Kids Sourdough Pasta Workshop with Leigh - April 18th 2:30-4:00

Class Descriptions: Join us for an evening and enjoy freshly baked focaccia while we go over the steps needed to make your own cavatelli pasta at home. You’ll have the opportunity to practice making your own pasta (serves 2-3) in class which you will take home to cook later.

Sourdough pasta is delicious and easy to make! It offers the benefits of a naturally leavened dough including better digestibility and more nutrient availability. It is a great way to use your extra starter or leaven.

In addition to pasta, you will also leave with gnocchi board, a recipe, a dough scraper, a jar of starter, and a starter care guide.

This class is open to ages 6-15. Participants under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

This event is non-refundable. Ticket price is per-person.
