Sunflower Watercolor Class with Resident Instructor Becky Duncan - Saturday, June 14th 1:30-3:30pm

Class Descriptions: This in-person 2-hour course is perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics of watercolor painting, but it is also beneficial to those with some art background. As a science illustrator, I'll go over the basics of outlining and sketching the form of the subject (in this case, a sunflower!), recognizing light and shadow areas, using color theory, and how to perform basic watercolor techniques and washes. You'll get to bring home your finished product, an 11x15" watercolor painting!

Recommended for ages: 8+ with registered adult

Finished pieces will be held for 90 days, after this time any unclaimed pieces may be disposed of.
