Class Descriptions:
Capture the quiet magic of winter in this peaceful watercolor class inspired by snowy landscapes and misty evergreen forests. Together, we'll explore how to create atmospheric scenes using soft washes, subtle color transitions, and layered values to suggest drifting snow, distant hills, and tranquil woodland silhouettes. You'll learn techniques for preserving the glow of the paper, creating depth through perspective, and embracing the beauty of watercolor's fluid, expressive nature. Perfect for beginners and experienced painters alike, this workshop offers a calm, supportive environment to build your watercolor skills while celebrating the serenity of the season. By the end of class, you'll leave with your own finished winter landscape painting—perfect for framing, gifting, or bringing a touch of winter's quiet beauty into your home.
All professional-grade supplies are included (Arches paper and Daniel Smith watercolors).
